TERMS OF SERVICES

â–  Upon requesting a commission, provide references (preferably with pictures than descriptions) and requested size.

â–  Commissioners will pay for the PayPal transaction fee.

â–  All prices are in CHF (Swiss Frank).

â–  For the commission an approximate completion date will be announced. If for some reason you request it to be done on an

    earlier date, rush fee will be applied.

â–  I may use the art you've commissioned me on business cards, banners, websites, or portfolio.

â–  If the commission needs to be designed, additional fee will be charged.

â–  These commissions are only for personal use, for commercial use, please e-mail me!

â–  The commission slots are not first come first serve.
â–  NO refunds unless:

           - Commissioner cancels the commission when I finished the rough sketch (50% refund)

           - Commissioner cancels the commission when I started coloring  (20% refund)

           - I (the artist) cancels the commission (100% refund)

COMMISSIONING PROCESS

â–  Client and artist agrees on the commission.

â–  Payment upfront 100%, must be made within 24hrs of acception.

â–  Artist sketches and gives the first progress picture, revises if needed.

â–  Client approves or revises.

â–  Artist revises or continues.

â–  Artist shows finished version of the commission.

â–  Client approves or revises.

â–  Artist revises or sends full resolution file.
